The Humbled Deal Closer

In a world where conflict can cripple organizations and miscommunication costs millions, one man has redefined what it means to bring calm to chaos—Dr. Florzelle Fields Jr. known across the nation and hailed as “The Resolver,” “The Peacemaker,” and “The Neutral,” Dr. Fields is a power communication specialist and mediator who operates with precision, grace, and a results-driven mindset. With roots in Tallahassee and a powerful presence now in Alachua, Florida, he’s been credited with shaking up the South by introducing a sharp, metropolitan way of thinking to traditional conflict environments. Smooth in approach and laser-focused on resolution, he’s the specialist others call when negotiations stall, tempers flare, and solutions seem out of reach.

Dr. Fields is not motivated by profit or praise—he is fueled by purpose. In an industry often driven by ego and bottom lines, his reputation stands apart because he delivers real, lasting outcomes. His big-picture thinking and unshakable neutrality have earned him national recognition, but also resistance from those uncomfortable with his unconventional style. Still, adversity has never deterred him. As the youngest African American in the field to ascend to such heights, and the only Black professional to break through the noise of failure, scrutiny, and false narratives, he’s become a living symbol of resilience and professional excellence. When others saw roadblocks, he saw blueprints for breakthrough.

Whether you call him Dr. Fields or simply Flo, those who have witnessed his work understand why many revere him as the humble force behind some of the most difficult resolutions in the industry. Like a non-attorney version of Michael Clayton, he doesn’t just solve problems—he transforms them into opportunities for growth, healing, and unity. From boardrooms to back channels, Dr. Florzelle Fields Jr. is the name whispered when the stakes are high and the outcomes must be right.

The Fields

The Fields Family has walked through many seasons of hardship, battling the weight of the world and the trials it has placed in our path. But through it all, we have found that when you cry out to God with a sincere heart, He hears you. In the mighty name of Jesus, healing has come to our home. The pain, the shame, the humiliation, and the brokenness that once covered our hearts like a heavy blanket have been lifted. We’ve discovered that no matter how far we feel from hope, Jesus stands in the gap, arms open, ready to restore what was lost.

We’ve witnessed the true and powerful love of Christ—the kind that reaches into the deepest wounds and brings complete healing. His love has reminded us that we are never alone. When we thought things were falling apart, God was actually putting everything back together in His perfect way. Knowing that Jesus Christ died for our sins gave us a renewed sense of worth, a reason to hold on, and a foundation to rebuild upon. God Himself is in control of all things, and through our faith, we are reminded daily to trust His process.

There’s power in trusting God, even when the answers don’t come right away. Through prayer and declaring His promises, we’ve chosen to stand on His Word. No matter how strong the storm, we know our foundation is unshakable when it’s built on Christ. That’s why today, we declare in faith that we, Florzelle Fields and Katrina Fields, are covered by the blood of Jesus. The covenant of our marriage is restored, strengthened not by our own might, but by the Spirit of the living God. Our family is under divine protection and divine purpose.

We plead the blood of Jesus over every child, every dream, and every generation connected to our bloodline. What the enemy tried to destroy, God is using for His glory. Our testimony is not just for us—it’s for others to see the power of God’s grace and healing. The Fields Family will move forward not in fear, but in faith, covered in love, and grounded in truth. Because through Jesus Christ, all things are made new—and we are living proof of His redeeming power.
